From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and efficient, swiftly checking us in and escorting us to our spacious and well-laid-out apartment. The cleanliness and amenities in the room were top-notch, with everything we needed at hand, from hairdryers to ironing facilities. We especially loved the terrace, which offered stunning views over the bustling city below. The location of this venue is fantastic, with easy access to tube stations and markets like Middlesex St and Spitalfields. this hotel provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services, making it perfect for both work and leisure trips. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great location near Liverpool Street station. We had a brief stay but made the most of it thanks to the convenient drop-off for our luggage and the helpful duty manager, Daniel. The penthouse apartment was spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the lovely balcony and the quiet atmosphere of the apartment. I would recommend this hotel for its location and comfortable amenities.

Our upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Spitalfields, Shoreditch, and Brick Lane where all the hip action is. We loved exploring the street art areas in the neighborhood. we had a great time with friends away from the hotel.

There were a few issues with our room. The sink leaked in the second bathroom, and our friend's bed actually collapsed when he sat on it, leaving him to sleep on the floor.

Our stay at Park Lane City was exceptional. The location and views from the top penthouse were stunning. The deluxe 1 bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with a large bedroom, dining/lounge room, and a kitchen bigger than my own. The daily cleaning service kept the rooms spotless, and the provided kitchen utensils were more than adequate. The proximity to three Underground stations and a variety of restaurants and pubs made it incredibly convenient.

We had an amazing stay at the Park Lane City Apartments. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. The double bedroom with ensuite and TV was a pleasant surprise, and the large living room with a second TV was a great space to relax. The fully kitted kitchen and utility room with a washing machine were also convenient. The location was perfect, just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and even the famous Sushi Samba. We couldn't have asked for a better deal at £126!

My wife and I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was unbeatable, right near Liverpool St station. We loved being in such a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer our questions and even printing out documents for us. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, with a large bedroom, a huge dining/lounge room, and a kitchen that was even bigger than our own at home. We were pleasantly surprised to find a well-appointed en-suite bathroom and an additional powder room. The regular visits from the cleaners kept the rooms spotless, and the provided kitchen and eating utensils were more than adequate. The convenience of having a lift just next to our room was an added bonus. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, being just a short 2 to 3 minutes walk from Liverpool underground station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and easily access public transportation. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond by providing us with a local cell phone, complete with internet and local phone call capabilities, which was a great surprise and helped us stay connected and navigate the city.

Everything is what we need and want.
