We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center with plenty of entertainment around. The staff were extremely friendly and provided exemplary service in all areas. The room was spacious and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast with a wide selection of cooked and continental options, including special dietary requirements. The hotel also had great amenities like a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. we were impressed with the quality and comfort of this place.

This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated on the river side and is opposite a vibrant and happening night club. it is conveniently located close to all sights of interest in the city. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds that offer a comforting and relaxing experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym, providing a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

The location can be quite lively during the weekends, with young revelers staggering around outside. However, this can be seen as an urban safari experience in a city center.

The hotel's exterior resembled an office building, which was a bit disappointing. the noise levels could be an issue, especially if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

I recently stayed at the Park Plaza hotel in Cardiff for a weekend getaway. The location was excellent, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and presentation of the main areas such as the reception, restaurant, bar, and spa/pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I found the breakfast to be freshly cooked with plenty of selection. The room was spacious and had good soundproofing, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower with great water pressure and temperature.

The service room is excellent, with laundry, ironing, and dry cleaning services. The air conditioning was a blessing in the humid weather, and the room had all necessary amenities. The staff, especially the housekeepers and receptionists Matthew and Lora, were fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and to help me with any request.

The hotel had a swimming pool, spa, and massage facilities, but I didn't have time to enjoy them. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a prime location with excellent service.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the town center. The location was great, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The hotel facilities were wonderful, including a full spa and a swimming pool with an interesting aluminum surface. The staff was very polite, especially the gentleman on reception. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice bathrooms and a lovely deep bath. The breakfast was outstanding, with a full hot buffet and cooked-to-order options like omelettes and poached eggs.

I had a great stay at this hotel and loved the luxurious surroundings. The A la Carte restaurant served delicious food and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I also appreciated being able to leave my suitcase at the hotel after checking out. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The central location was key and allowed us to easily explore the city. the room was spacious and had blackout curtains allowing for a good sleep. We also enjoyed the modern bar downstairs which wasn't too busy.

The spa was a little tired and the changing rooms were smelly. We were also surprised to have to pay £10 to hire robes.

The hotel location was convenient for my plans, as it was right opposite the nightclubs and close to both the New Theatre and City Hall. Despite the loud music from the clubs, my room was well-insulated and I had no trouble sleeping. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the terrace bar, which had a nice ambiance. The breakfast was acceptable.
