They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience. the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently located right next to a bus station and tube station, making it easy to get around the city. Another advantage was that it was somewhat near to everything, making it a great base for exploring all that the city has to offer.

the lack of WiFi was a major inconvenience. the bathroom doors did not shut properly, which offered little privacy.

The rooms are beautiful with a huge mirror and LED lights, perfect for pictures. The bathroom is also amazing and very clean. The TV has movie options and you can connect your phone for music and Netflix. The staff were lovely and I received a complimentary early check-in and late check-out.

I had a fantastic stay at Park Plaza and enjoyed the spacious room with plenty of natural sunlight. The modern and spacious bathroom was a highlight, with the added bonus of air conditioning and adjustable light settings. The comfortable bed and convenient location near an underground station were also major pluses. I highly recommend this hotel.

Although the location was great, it was a bit out of the way and required a 40-minute tube journey for those who don't drive. Nevertheless, the quality of the hotel more than made up for it.

Nothing it was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! Its location opposite the metro station is just perfect as I could easily travel around. I loved the exceptional service provided by the staff who were pleasant and very helpful. The room amenities were fantastic and included everything I could possibly need from ironing facilities to an in-room safe. I also enjoyed the benefit of the terrace and the soundproofed rooms. The dining restaurant, bar/lounge area and snack bar were all great options to unwind and enjoy the paid films available in the room. The leisure facilities such as the fitness studio and free wi-fi made my stay even better.

To be honest, there were no negative aspects to my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place.

This hotel is in a great location, just opposite the underground station. The rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. The staff are attentive, and I appreciated their attention to detail with gluten-free bread available for breakfast, even at 10.45 am.

It's a great location, perfect for exploring the city as it’s very close to transport links. The tube station is just across the road, making it really accessible. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety. The rooms were modern and nicely designed, with good facilities provided, such as remote covers and cups for used pens.

The hotel's parking facility was costly, and there was limited space available, which could be problematic for those driving to the hotel.

My weekend at this hotel was such a pleasure! the first thing I noticed was the powerful shower which was really refreshing. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and provided us with free hot beverages in our room. the bed was plush and comfortable, and the TV was massive, making it easy to enjoy some downtime. As for location, it was fantastic - easy walking distance to some great restaurants and very convenient to get to the tube station.

While most of my stay was enjoyable, I did have a few small issues. One was that the room cleanliness could have been improved - there was some dust that hadn't been cleaned and an empty water bottle under the bed.
