park regis birmingham exceeded my expectations! the staff, especially paul, were incredibly accommodating and friendly. they gave me an early check-in and a room upgrade. the bar staff made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler, and the spa was a bonus. the location was great, the room was beautiful, and the staff were phenomenal. highly recommend!

had a lovely stay at a new, beautifully decorated hotel that exceeded expectations. front reception staff were pleasant and helpful. requested a quiet room and got one at the end of the corridor.

The location of the hotel is great, with the RBSA art gallery in the Jewellery Quarter nearby. The main areas of the hotel are amazing, with beautiful decorations and a stunning Christmas tree. The room itself was comfortable with a lovely view out of the window. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner were both superb. The check-out process was quick and easy, making for a pleasant stay overall.

The distance to the city center felt quite far and required some walking.

I recently stayed at Park Regis for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and right next to the Cineworld. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary toiletries. The reception and lobby were both impressive. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast, included in the price. My boyfriend even ranked it as the second best breakfast he's ever had!

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The value for money at this hotel was impressive, and the room was both comfortable and quiet, despite being on a main road. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, even allowing me to check in two hours early.

The only small improvement I could suggest for breakfast would be to add more vegetarian main meal options.

During my recent stay at Park Regis, I encountered a minor issue with the room, but the hotel staff swiftly took care of it. The receptionist, Paul, showed great empathy and quickly resolved the problem to my satisfaction. To make up for the inconvenience, they even offered complimentary breakfast passes, which was a delightful surprise. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great weekend, lovely touches such as free prosecco and chocolates, superb location in central area near to restaurants and shops, and everything was kept very clean.

Car park was a bit of a struggle, spaces were narrow and difficult to manoeuvre in, but it was worth it for the rest of the stay.

We had a quick and smooth check-in experience at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities to enhance our stay. The view from our room was lovely, and we were pleasantly surprised that the hotel staff didn't mind us bringing food back after midnight. The lobby was also very inviting and stylish.

The only disappointment was that the twin beds in our deluxe room were actually singles, whereas we were used to staying in hotels with two double beds. However, the beds were still comfortable and the room itself was modern and clean.
