We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The large room was well-appointed and spotless, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The staff were excellent - friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the town center and close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

While we didn't try the breakfast, we felt that the additional cost of £20 per person was overpriced. The view from our upgraded room was mostly of the car park, although we could just about see the garden in one corner.

Location, friendly staff, comfortable room. the hotel was situated near the train station, making it convenient to travel around the city. the staff was extremely kind and always there to help us. the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the view of the park from the back patio, where we could relax with a drink and enjoy the scenery.

The breakfast menu was limited, and the drinks were overpriced. the breakfast options were not as varied as we had hoped.

the room could use some updating, especially the bathroom, but it was clean. It would have been nice to have more options for milk. the hotel has a lovely garden and it would be great to have a designated area for smokers. I see the fantastic potential of this hotel.

Conveniently located near train station and beautiful park. Great food for dinner and breakfast. Comfortable rooms with en suite showers. No lift, but only one flight of stairs. Close to restaurants and attractions for a fun and enjoyable stay.

The size of the room was impressive, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the hotel's location near the station was convenient, with a short walk to the local town. the room was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with attention to detail. We appreciated the amenities like the iron & board, hairdryer, and umbrella provided. it was a lovely and relaxing experience that we would highly recommend.

We stayed at a charming boutique hotel near a beautiful urban park. The room was comfortable with a soft bed and the staff provided exceptional service, accommodating special requests for breakfast. The restaurant had delicious food, especially the smoked salmon and cream eggs for breakfast. We enjoyed the location, although one night was noisy due to the nearby train station. a pleasant stay with great amenities.

The hotel's location wasn't ideal as it was near the shabby side of town for shops.

Convenient location near station and city center. Comfy bed, spacious room with bath and shower. Modern decor, well-maintained and clean. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast, attentive staff. Lovely view of garden from window.

Recently stayed 2 nights in a well-sized, comfortable room at Parklands. The bed was great and the room was very clean. Facilities were excellent, with a pleasant surprise of a tea/coffee tray and USB sockets. The evening meal was top-notch, with quality food cooked and presented beautifully. The four-poster bed and the bathroom were lovely, and the coffee served was smooth and rich. The view from the window onto the pretty garden was blissful. nothing ordinary about this wonderful hotel.

our stay at parklands was absolutely delightful. the room was spacious and immaculately clean, with luxurious towels. the breakfast spread was excellent and had a great variety of high-quality options. the location was perfect for us, being just a short walk from the train station. we would definitely return!

Clean and comfortable room, well presented. Great location, close to the city center and plenty of parking available.

No air conditioning and curtains did not block out much light. Room next to noisy ventilation shaft from the restaurant.

The breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked food and the option for extra toast. the full English was great, while my husband enjoyed the croissant and jam. the room was comfortable, with a small but adequate en suite. the hotel was in a convenient location, next to a park and within easy reach of restaurants. We visited many interesting places in the area, including St Andrews beach and Scone Palace. the manager, Callum, was very helpful, and the bathrooms were spacious. it was an enjoyable experience at Parklands.

The hotel was overpriced compared to other hotels in the area. We found better rooms at lower prices during our tour.

I was in town visiting a sick relative in hospital and the staff at Parklands were so accommodating and kind. They always made sure I had a taxi booked to take me to the hospital and extended my stay by two extra nights when I needed to. The location was perfect, close to the city center and a hospital. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the room and bed were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with great outdoor seating.
