It was so convenient to hop on the train and be in Cardiff in just 10 minutes. We also loved that there was a lovely restaurant nearby for us to enjoy a delicious dinner.

the room was not properly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, and my friend got bitten in bed. We also weren't told when the hot food stopped being served, which limited our options for things to do on New Year's Eve.

We recently stayed at Parkway Hotel & Spa for the Pontypool RFC end of season dinner. The function was attended by around 200 people and the service and staff were excellent. Despite the large crowd, the staff managed to cater to everyone's needs, including a group of Germans on a touring holiday. Our room on the ground floor was clean and comfortable, allowing us to stay up late in the bar to celebrate our nephew's accomplishment in being part of the undefeated squad. The next morning, we enjoyed an excellent breakfast before checking out. We were impressed with the overall experience and will definitely return to enjoy the spa facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Stayed for one night and had an excellent time. The room and facilities were great. We especially liked the bar area. It was warm, cosy and welcoming. Breakfast was buffet style so we were able to help ourselves to whatever we fancied from a wide selection. We would definitely stay there again.
