Our stay at Pattys Farm Barn was absolutely fantastic. We got great value for our money with a comfortable and clean room that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, surrounded by peaceful countryside and with beautiful views across the marshes. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

When it comes to breakfast choices, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of options.

Safe games room and outdoor play area for kids, beautiful views, bbq and fire pit available, well-equipped house, lovely body wash provided.

We stayed at Patty's Barn for a few days and had an amazing time. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The self-catering accommodation had everything we needed, and the peaceful scenic location was perfect for exploring the Lake District. We loved the swing and the sheep on the property, and there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again and recommend Patty's Barn to anyone.

One thing missing or not working.

We had a wonderful stay at Patty's Farm Barn Villa. the location was great and the atmosphere was very friendly. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. the beds were clean and comfortable, and the buildings were impeccably maintained. the property's layout was well-designed and the online brochure accurately depicted the property and grounds. our experience was faultless and we highly recommend a visit.
