It was refreshing to find plenty of tea, coffee, and milk in the room. The 24/7 open kitchen and dining area were a bonus. The variety of cereals, bread, and continental meats made for a satisfying breakfast. The hotel's quiet location ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy countryside B&B. The location near the estuary provided a peaceful and scenic setting, perfect for relaxation. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a modern TV and internet access. The owners were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The self-serve breakfast offered a good variety of options, with croissants and tinned fruit being a particularly nice touch. The view of the estuary from the garden was magnificent.

The dishcloth and tea towels in the kitchen area could have been changed daily for better hygiene.

The B&B offered comfortable and clean rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. The ample parking was a great convenience, allowing us to come and go easily. The location was also a highlight, with access to pleasant walks along the riverside and views of the Humber.

The weak Wi-fi signal at times, although it was generally adequate.

The rooms were really comfy and well equipped. My son and his girlfriend were offered the family room to use located up the spiral staircase which was a lovely space to relax in. We enjoyed using the self-service breakfast room which was extremely well stocked.

A little out of the way and difficult to find. the location was a bit remote and caused some trouble with navigation.

The farm surroundings were stunning, with amazing views and beautiful trees. We were warmly greeted by friendly dogs and hens. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The self-service breakfast offered a great variety of cereals, bread, yogurt, and jams.

We will definitely be returning.
