The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and ironing board. The bar downstairs served delicious cocktails at reasonable prices. We also enjoyed the fantastic location, as it was only a short walk to the town center and train station. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep.

We loved being able to walk to the station and being surrounded by shops and pubs. The hotel had a great atmosphere, especially in the downstairs bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the modern facilities added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel's central location close to the town centre made it convenient for exploring this city.

Our Christmas stay was great! the room was cozy and had everything we needed. the staff was very accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the free on-street parking, which saved us a lot of trouble.

The check-in process was a bit awkward, as we had to walk through the bar area with our suitcases. We also noticed that the walls were quite thin, as we could hear some noise from other rooms.

We had a slight issue with our room allocation but the manager quickly addressed it and moved us to an amazing room in another location. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and nice, and the towels provided were of high quality. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the bar had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel.

The accommodation is perfectly situated right on Lord Street, putting you in the heart of all the shops, bars, and attractions. You won't have to go far to find entertainment or a bite to eat. The rooms are clean and modern, with all the necessary facilities. The larger room at the back comes with a spacious bathroom and comfortable pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful, making your stay enjoyable.

The check-in process can be a bit confusing and inconvenient, as you have to check in at the busy bar and then be escorted to the accommodation next door. It would be easier if there was a separate check-in area.

the bathroom door didn't close properly and had large gaps on the sides, which compromised privacy. the TV in the room had poor signal quality and most channels were jumpy, making it difficult to enjoy any programs.
