I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great and made check-in easy. The room was clean and tidy, with a good-sized comfortable double bed and a 32" TV. I was pleasantly surprised to find biscuits and a fridge in the room, which is not usually expected at this price. The bathroom was well-designed, with a fan that automatically turned off with the light. The hallway always smelled fresh, making it a pleasant experience overall.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the room had everything we needed, including a microwave, mini fridge, and plates. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the convenience of the attached restaurant. The location on the canal was beautiful, and there was a charming country pub just a short walk away. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, location, and friendly staff.

I had a great Easter weekend stay at this lodge! the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the bathroom was also well-maintained and the WiFi worked perfectly. I also want to mention the helpful staff at the restaurant who went above and beyond to accommodate me even when I arrived late and close to closing time. Their service was exceptional!

While the hotel itself was fantastic, the location was a bit rough and ready. However, it was incredibly convenient for me as I was working nearby, so it served its purpose well.

The customer service was great, with the staff being helpful and accommodating. They even provided a heater when the room was cold and an extra duvet when needed. the rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy, with a fridge and microwave as added bonuses. the reception area had a vending machine with travel essentials like toothbrushes, which was convenient. the view of the marina from the room was a pleasant surprise. the room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

my initial room overlooked noisy bins, but the staff changed it when I requested. However, the new room next to the reception was quite noisy, especially in the mornings due to staff changeover and people entering and leaving the hotel.
