The house and garden are stunning, with tasteful furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast served on china crockery is the best I've ever had. The hosts, Jane and Trevor, go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

We arrived to a warm welcome and were immediately offered tea and homemade cakes in the lovely garden. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide choice of delicious options, including fresh fruit salad and a cooked breakfast. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, with little extras like fresh flowers and complimentary wine. We also enjoyed relaxing in the snug after a long day.

The stairs could be a bit difficult to navigate without a sturdy bannister rail.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided tea and scones upon our arrival. The location was great, close to local attractions and just a short drive away from a lovely town.

The stairs in the hotel were old and very steep, and the handrail was not very sturdy. This made us feel a bit unsafe, especially for elderly guests.

My stay at this fabulous B&B, with its warm and welcoming hosts, was truly wonderful. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, with nice extras like an ante room with a cozy chair and magazines. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the superb gardens. The hosts went above and beyond, even offering us jugs of water and crockery for our dinner in the gardens. I would definitely stay at Pelham Grove Bed & Breakfast again without hesitation.
