My family and I had a lovely stay over Christmas in this cozy cottage surrounded by beautiful meadows. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare a delicious Christmas dinner. The location was ideal for exploring the Snowdonia area, with nearby hiking trails and scenic walks just a stone's throw away. We also enjoyed meeting friendly locals and fellow tourists during our walks, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

One drawback of our stay was the remote nature of the location. While it provided a peaceful and tranquil setting, it did mean that we had to drive at least 10-15 minutes to reach the nearest shop or pub.

We couldn't have asked for better value for our money at Pen Y Cwm. The cottage was clean, cosy, and well-decorated, with all the modern amenities we needed while still retaining its charm. The location was perfect, secluded yet within easy reach of local attractions like Zipworld and Betws Y Coed. The owner, Mark, was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Christmas tree and chilled bottle of prosecco upon arrival. it felt like a beautiful home away from home.

Breakfast delights were a bit lacking. While our stay at Pen Y Cwm was excellent overall, it would have been great to have a wider selection for breakfast.

We stumbled upon Pen Y Cwm Villa for a weekend getaway with our three children, and we were absolutely delighted. The location is amazing - secluded yet within easy reach of local attractions like Zipworld, Betws Y Coed, and Llandudno. The cottage itself is charming, cosy, and well-decorated, with modern amenities that made us feel right at home. Communication with the owner, Mark, was excellent, and the thoughtful touch of a chilled bottle of prosecco and other essentials like tea. We also appreciated the availability of WiFi, Netflix, and even a landline for making calls in an area with limited phone signal. everything we needed was thought of, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, convenient location to the Akihabara neighborhood, and friendly staff. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was only a short 5-minute walk to both the JR Asakusabashi station and the metro Asakusabashi station, allowing for easy access to explore the city. The staff members were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing excellent service and making me feel welcome.

The WiFi works perfectly, far better than expected for the area. it's a great place to stay, especially for the price.
