Our stay at this hotel was incredible. The location in the city center was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed to get to. We were just a few minutes away from the Bullring and there was a Tesco conveniently across the road. The hotel facilities were fantastic - the apartment had everything we could ask for, from a well-equipped kitchen to a balcony with amazing city views. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast provided a variety of cereals and pastries. The staff, especially Paula, the host, were friendly, accommodating. The private parking in the enclosed garage was a big bonus for us.

Can't fault anything about it.

Our stay at Penthouse Birmingham was fabulous! Paula the host was fantastic - very friendly and accommodating. The apartment had fantastic facilities, including everything you could ask for - from shampoo and body wash to a fridge, freezer, and hot water. The balcony had fantastic city views and the location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the bullring. Secure parking was also available under the building for free. our stay was amazing and we would definitely return again.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Paula, the host, was friendly and accommodating. The apartment had fantastic facilities including a balcony with amazing city views, secure parking, and a smart TV with Netflix. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the Bull Ring and with a Tesco across the road. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. our stay was amazing and we would definitely return. Perfect for a city break! 5*

Super friendly hosts who responded quickly to requests. Spacious, clean apartment with jaw-dropping views at night. Two TVs, LUXURIOUS bed linen, and huge wardrobe. Necessities like iron, hangers, and shower gel provided. Nice touch with open windows for fresh air on arrival. Would definitely visit again!

The location was perfect for exploring the city and the private parking was a big bonus. The host was friendly and helpful, making our check-in process a breeze. The added touch of breakfast cereal and pastries, along with a smart TV with Netflix, made our stay even more enjoyable.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints at all.
