I recently stayed at a delightful bed & breakfast in Newquay, Cornwall. Penwyth House Bed & Breakfast provided the perfect setting for a beach vacation. The property had a charming personality with its clean and beachy atmosphere. The staff at Penwyth House were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with numerous recommendations for activities in the area. They even had a folder in our room with restaurant recommendations, which was a nice touch. I would highly recommend Penwyth House to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay in Newquay.

We loved the attention to detail at this lovely property. The unique and comfortable rooms, along with the beautiful garden, made our stay extra special. Mark and Lisa were incredible hosts, making us feel completely welcomed. The quiet neighborhood and nearby sea made for a peaceful and scenic experience. We especially enjoyed walking along the Southwest Coastal Path to take in the stunning views.

We felt so taken care of during our stay, with no complaints at all.

my recent stay in newquay was absolutely perfect, thanks to the lovely hosts and stunning accommodation at penwyth house. the room was spotless and the whole house was gorgeous. plus, the effort they made for breakfast was greatly appreciated. i can't wait to go back!

Location a bit far from newquay.

The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for our stay. The shower was powerful and refreshing. The hosts were friendly and gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby beaches and sightseeing spots. the breakfast options were delicious and provided a good start to our day.

We experienced some noise disturbance during our stay, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. The noise came from the neighboring room and it was quite disruptive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful B&B. The interior design of the property is fantastic, making it feel like a home away from home. Mark and Lisa, the hosts, were amazing and made us feel welcome and part of their family. The three breakfast options were all fantastic, a true taste sensation. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions like Watergate Bay, Porth Beach, Lusty Cove, Fistral, and Crantock.

We had an exceptional stay at a beautiful B&B in Cornwall. The warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. The hosts, Mark and Lisa, were wonderful and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Our room was modern, clean, and had a large bath where we enjoyed a relaxing soak with a glass of wine. The breakfast options were fantastic and delicious. The location was great, not too far from the center of Newquay but still peaceful. We visited several stunning beaches nearby and loved every moment of our stay. We can't recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again. a 100% stay-worthy experience.

Although the location was convenient and close to a great local pub and the local beach, it was situated in a residential area which made it less appealing. The room and bathroom were not well-maintained, lacking the cleanliness and tidiness that other guests mentioned. the service was subpar, lacking the welcoming and helpful attitude that was praised in other reviews. The breakfast options were limited and not up to par with what was expected. Despite the positive reviews, my overall experience was below expectations.

We got incredible value for our money at Penwyth House B&B. The room was beautifully decorated with plenty of space and a comfy bed. The location was perfect for us - nestled in a quiet and quaint village, just a short walk from the seafront. The hosts, Lisa and Mark, were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips for our day trips.

The only minor drawback was the breakfast menu. It could have had a bit more variety, but they made up for it with delicious options like pancakes with fresh fruit and Greek yogurt.

The location was ideal for exploring all of Cornwall, with easy access to everything. We loved being able to walk to the local pub, which was just a stone's throw from the house. The room was clean, spacious, and had a very homely feel to it. The bed was unbelievably comfy, and the shower was piping hot. The hosts, Mark and Lisa, were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and the service was top-notch.

There was a slight compromise on the location, as the property was a little outside of the main area.
