The location of the flat was perfect, just a few steps away from all the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. the size of the property was a pleasant surprise, especially the spacious double bedrooms and the convenience of having two bathrooms. the flat was also clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. there were some maintenance issues, such as curtains hanging off the rail and drawers falling apart, which showed a lack of attention to detail.

We had a comfortable couple of nights away at Percy's Place. the apartment was conveniently located and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the off-street parking space was a bonus and being on the ground floor was perfect after a long walk. the apartment was well-equipped and well-maintained, with decent-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was a real bonus. the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the location was great, close to good restaurants and just a 10-minute walk to a nearby grocery store. We also appreciated the good WiFi, nice TV, and comfortable sofas.

Everything is exactly what we needed and wanted. 👍

The ground floor apartment was a bonus after a long day of walking. The 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The overall cleanliness and warmth of the apartment made us feel right at home. Key collection was efficient and easy. We thoroughly recommend this place.
