Early check-in and luggage storage without query. Large comfortable bed, smart TV, ample wardrobe space, fridge, and patio doors to garden. Delicious cooked breakfast with fresh fruit and yoghurt. Attentive and hospitable host, always ensuring parking spot. Spotless and spacious room with extra touches. Warm welcome and attentiveness throughout stay. Much superior to local hotels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. the location is fantastic; right on the promenade with stunning views of the harbor. The room I stayed in had access to a beautiful garden, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail in the modern and swish décor was truly impressive. The rooms were equipped with large flat-screen TVs, perfect for a cozy night in. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including delicious toast served to perfection. this hotel offers excellent value for money and I cannot wait to return.

I had the most wonderful stay at Pier39Portrush Adult Only Bed & Breakfast. The owners were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had French doors that opened onto a lovely garden. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the attention to detail at the B&B was exceptional. I would highly recommend Pier39Portrush for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is close to restaurants and bars. It is also conveniently close to everything in this lovely area. I particularly enjoyed the fact that there are several excellent restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

pier39portrush adult only bed & breakfast was an exceptional stay! the owner was welcoming and the decor stunning. the beds were so comfy, and we had a great night's sleep. the breakfast was amazing, cooked just the way we wanted. the location is perfect, with beautiful views and great restaurants nearby. a definite must-visit!

Bathroom arrangement could be better.

I recently stayed at Pier39 and had a fantastic experience. Karen, the host, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The breakfasts were delicious and fueled us for the day. The room exceeded my expectations - it was spacious, bright, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The ensuite shower was amazing and the superking bed was incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be recommending Pier39 to my friends and hope to return in the future.

Clean, modern look, good-sized room. Owner Adrian was attentive and accommodating, even offering to move his car for parking. Plenty of breakfast options, including freshly cooked meals. Short walk to restaurants. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

The B&B is ideally located in a lovely area on the harbour front close to the centre of town, making it convenient to explore all the attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with modern decor and beautiful views of the garden. The bathrooms are fabulous and the hosts provide excellent service, making guests feel at home right away. The breakfast options are fantastic, with a variety of hot and cold choices, including fresh fruits and a full fry. Guests can also enjoy the restful garden and even watch movies for free on Netflix.

Parking can be a bit challenging due to limited street parking and heavy traffic in the area, especially during peak times.

Had a cosy Xmas trip in this quaint hotel. the staff were pleasant and welcoming, always wishing us a nice day and offering tips on the area. the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of attractions, shops and restaurants to visit within walking distance. They provided an outstanding breakfast that included an assortment of pastries and a mouth-watering cooked meal.

We expected to see a scenic vista but instead, we saw an empty car park. the bathroom was small and it did not have enough space to put our toiletries.
