The view from the lounge window was absolutely amazing, offering a beautiful scenic backdrop. The property was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay, including a modern and well-equipped kitchen. the location was convenient, just a short distance from the main road and easily accessible.

There was a slight dog smell in the living room area, which is understandable as the cottages are dog-friendly. the initial route to the property through a fast-flowing stream near a farm shop was a bit harrowing and could be improved for future guests' convenience.

We stayed at a beautiful cottage with stunning views and all the amenities we needed. The owner, Sean, gave us a warm welcome and the cottage was clean and well-maintained. The modern kitchen was fully equipped, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio taking in the breathtaking views. The location was perfect, with nearby walking routes and a short drive to Bude's lovely beaches. We felt safe and could easily social distance in the quaint village. We can't recommend Courtyard Farm Cottages enough.
