I truly enjoyed the breathtaking garden views from my private room and breakfast area, which added a touch of serenity to my stay at this accommodation. the hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local area. the top-notch facilities, delicious breakfast, and proximity to Druridge Bay and Amble make it a perfect choice. for those seeking complete privacy, the close proximity to the owners' residence and shared driveway might not suit independent travelers.

I had a wonderful experience at Pinetree Lodge Druridge Bay in Amble for a business trip, a selection made by our director. From the warm welcome of Linda and Peter to the comfortable room with fresh milk for tea, every detail was delightful. the breakfast in the charming annexe overlooking the garden was a highlight, setting us up for the day. the location, just a short drive from the beach, allowed for easy exploration of the area. Our hosts' wealth of local knowledge made our stay even more enjoyable, and their personalized artwork added a unique touch to the decor. a fantastic stay that I highly recommend and would love to return to in the future.

Weather—the only downside, beyond control.

We had a memorable and delightful stay at this tastefully built and decorated accommodation. Linda and Peter, our friendly and helpful hosts, made sure that we felt welcome without being intrusive. the bedroom and bathroom were immaculate, and the comfortable lounge was solely for our use. We enjoyed a fabulous breakfast with plenty of choices, served in a private room overlooking the stunning garden. the location provided easy access to a beautiful Country Park, as well as various castles, gardens, and towns of interest.

our 3rd visit to pinetree lodge in broomhill and, once again, it exceeded expectations. linda and peter are the loveliest hosts, making us feel welcome and offering helpful advice. the comfortable, spotlessly clean room and bathroom were complemented by the private lounge, showcasing peter's incredible artwork. breakfast in the beautiful garden was the perfect start to the day. we can't wait to return.

The hosts were incredibly kind and nothing was too much trouble. the breakfast was excellent and served with attention to detail. the bedroom and bathroom were well-presented and comfortable. the use of the dining room and lounge, as well as the beautiful garden, added to the overall experience. A key advantage was the peaceful atmosphere and tranquility, making it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

The weather during our stay was not ideal, but that is out of the control of the hosts. Other than that, there were no negative aspects to our experience.

Breakfast in the garden room was a delightful start to the day, with a great selection of cereals, fruit, and yoghurt. Linda's cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious. The independent access and thoughtful amenities in the room made me feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring Alnwick, Cragside, and the charming fishing villages of Northumberland. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!
