The room had plenty of facilities - tea/coffee, fresh flowers, wine/whiskey, suitcase stand, extra blanket, opening window. The place was exceptionally clean with new paint and new carpets. The staff, including the host in a white monogrammed coat, provided a delicious breakfast in a comfortable and well-appointed room. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. It was the best B&B experience in Scotland.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the off-road parking and easy access to the motorway. The friendly greeting and spacious, comfortable ensuite rooms with unexpected extras made our stay memorable. The free wi-fi and large TV were great additions, and we appreciated the convenience of nearby amenities like a local convenience store and major supermarkets. The extensive breakfast options, including freshly cooked hot food, set us up for the day of exploring.

From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel welcome with their friendly and chatty nature. The entire property was spotlessly clean, with little extra touches that gave it a welcoming feel. I was delighted to find ample parking available both on the property and across the road. The location was perfect, with local amenities just minutes away, yet the area was quiet and peaceful for a great night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious full Scottish breakfast, which I opted for both mornings. It alone is worth staying for. Despite being a thirty-minute drive from the center of Edinburgh, I will definitely make this guest house my first choice for future trips to the area.

Stayed for a romantic escape and loved the cozy ambiance of the accommodation. the room was immaculate with exquisite decor, making it a perfect haven for couples. the breakfast was served hot and freshly prepared with a vast range of options to choose from, catering to our dietary needs. the proximity to the city centre, just a few minutes' walk, made it an ideal location to explore the sights and sounds of the city.
