I particularly appreciated the attention to detail with the addition of biscuits in the room. Additionally, the breakfast was included in the price, which was a great value for money.

The bathroom was in desperate need of refurbishment, with a weak shower that wouldn't have been able to properly wash my hair. the heating in the room was also inadequate, although this wasn't a problem since it wasn't a cold night.

The hotel was very noisy at night and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the guests constantly slamming doors and being inconsiderate. the hotel needs to maintain its facilities better, such as a toilet that was unstable and creaked quite a bit.
