the hotel was modern, clean, and centrally located. Our room on the 15th floor had a great view and a lovely balcony. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were polite and friendly. They even left champagne and chocolates for my boyfriend's birthday. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna at the hotel. I highly recommend Plaza On the River Aparthotel for its service, location, and comfort.

As adults, we absolutely loved the outstanding room with a great view of the Thames. The remote automation system allowed us to control the lights, a/c, and curtains effortlessly from the comfort of the bed. The shower amenities were excellent and the towels were large and of good quality. The closets were spacious and well-appointed, providing ample storage. The pool was amazing and the food was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on. The staff, although a bit pushy at times due to the speedy service, were attentive and helpful. We particularly appreciated the fabulous music in the bar, adding to the overall pleasant ambiance.

Perfect for our family trip, the apartment was spacious, airy, and filled with light. The separate bedroom with ensuite was ideal for our teenage daughter.
