The location of Point A Kensington Olympia was fantastic, with easy access to the subway station and plenty of great dining options nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always available for assistance. The room itself was new and modern, with automated features and a comfortable bed. The 24-hour cafeteria and drinks service was a convenient bonus. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Point A was great! The location was convenient, within walking distance to public transportation and a large supermarket. The staff was helpful and stored our luggage before check-in. While the room was small, it was clean and cozy with everything we needed. a good value for the price.

The lack of soundproofing, making it a bit noisy when doors shut. However, when we had an issue with a drunk resident trying to get into our room, the reception quickly took care of it.

The hotel was a great value for the money, located on a main highway which made it easy to get around the area. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The room with a window that we booked for an extra price was well worth it, providing us with the natural light we needed. The breakfast was a nice touch, providing a decent continental fruit selection to start our day.
