The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our weekend stay even more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful views of the water and easy access to the beach. We particularly loved the breakfast at the hotel, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including cooked items, cereal, and fruit. It was a great way to start our day.

The room we stayed in was quite hot, especially being in the roof, and the small window didn't do much to cool it down. the shower cubicle was also on the small side, making it a bit uncomfortable to shower.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. Generous breakfast. Beautiful view of boats.

our valentine's day stay at looe exceeded our expectations. portbyhan hotel provided a cozy and warm atmosphere, with helpful and friendly staff. the view of looe across the river, especially with the xmas lights, was lovely. breakfast offered plenty of choices and quality food.

No balcony in our small room.

I recently visited a hotel that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right on the front next to the river, and it was so near the harbor. The room was spotless, with no marks on the walls, and the bathroom was impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the food was delicious. Plus, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. a wonderful experience.

That the toiletries and toilet roll were not replenished during the room service.

Great Location! Perfectly situated near various places of interest. We could easily walk around and explore the area. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. the breakfast was delicious and they had a wide range of options to choose from.

The room was a bit small and cramped, not ideal for a longer stay. We had a river view but the window was quite high, so we only got a limited view unless we stood in front of the window.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views over the harbor from some of the rooms. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from and well-cooked bacon. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed.

The thin walls meant that we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms and upstairs.

Our stay at Portbyhan was excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The hotel's central location in West Looe made it easy to explore the town, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a great experience.

We had a fantastic midweek stay at Portbyhan, enjoying their amazing Ruby Tuesday curry deal for just £6.95. The choice of curries was excellent, and the addition of the naan bread and onion bhajis made it a truly delicious lunch. We can't wait to return for their Fish Friday special next week! I highly recommend this hotel for a great dining experience.

This hotel offers great value for money with its 2 for £10 lunch menu and affordable prices for drinks. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, even when busy. The location is perfect, right on the harbor and within walking distance of the lovely town center. The rooms on the top floor have panoramic windows overlooking the harbor or a private balcony, adding a special touch to the stay. The breakfast at the water is a delightful experience.
