Nothing all excellent.

The villa we stayed in was stunning, fully equipped, and spotless. We loved being able to sit outside on our own patio area and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of shrubs, flowers, and trees. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes walk to Porth beach, which was relatively quiet compared to other tourist spots. It was also convenient to be close to Fistral beach, a fantastic surfing spot. The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces.

our recent stay in newquay exceeded all expectations. porth veor manor villas & apartments provided a beautiful villa in a scenic and quiet location. the bar staff were exceptional, even giving us a special song for our anniversary. breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town. the facilities in the apartment were excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the property was spacious and clean, making it a pleasant environment to relax in.

The strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the master bedroom. Despite airing out the room, the smell persisted, requiring us to purchase an air freshener.

We stayed at the Villas which were spacious and well-equipped for our family of five. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The outdoor patio was a lovely addition and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was immaculately clean with everything we needed. it was a fantastic place for a family holiday.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The villa we stayed in was spacious and on two levels, exceeding our expectations. The heated pool was a nice touch and the beach was just a short walk away. The location of the hotel was ideal, close enough to stroll down to the town center and conveniently located for exploring Cornwall. The staff were friendly and available when needed. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and location.

The location of the accommodation is ideal for beach lovers, as it is very close to both Porth beach and Lusty Glaze beach. Guests have the option of enjoying their meals in the on-site restaurant, which offers great value. The spacious villa/apartment provides ample room for relaxation, and the service received from the staff is excellent.

Some minor cleanliness issues were reported, with a few hairs and dust found in the accommodation.

The apartment at Porth Veor Manor Villas & Apartments was a perfect getaway! Despite a few minor issues mentioned in previous reviews, our stay was fantastic. The spacious and well-equipped villa provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the modern yet cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The beautiful location, just minutes away from a safe and stunning beach, was a definite highlight. The friendly and welcoming staff were always ready to assist us, ensuring a pleasant experience. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The apartment we stayed in had comfortable bedding and a luxurious shower head. It was also well-equipped and spacious enough for us to move around easily. We enjoyed the convenience of having laundry facilities and a pool available to us. the location was great as it was near a beautiful beach and in a serene area.

The apartment was very cold the first night, and even though the staff turned on the heating the following day, it was still chilly. the apartment had outdated appliances that were either old or of poor quality.

We absolutely loved our stay at Porth Veor Manor Villas & Apartments! The heated outdoor pool was a highlight, especially because it was heated, so we could enjoy swimming even in cooler weather. The bungalows were modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was perfect, with a stunning beach nearby and easy access to Newquay and other beautiful beaches.

It would have been great if the restaurant had been open for dinner. Also, the check-in time of 4pm seemed a bit late compared to other places we've stayed.
