I had a great time at the hotel. It's located right in the centre of the town, near the small harbour, which made it easy to explore. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a Bluetooth mirror, perfect for enjoying music while taking a bath. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The downstairs area could use some updating to match the lovely rooms.

the location was perfect for walkers on the South West Coast Path. In the morning, we appreciated the 7.30 breakfast time, which allowed us to get back on the trail without any rush. the staff were friendly and the view from our window, overlooking the town square, was delightful. the decor downstairs was charming and the breakfast, especially the homemade smoothie, was fantastic. Plus, being right on the harbor square and having an outdoor table added to the overall experience.

The shower in our room was extremely unpredictable, going from scalding hot to freezing cold within seconds. there was no full-length mirror in our room, making it inconvenient to get ready in the mornings.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth even when arriving late. the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with amenities like a coffee maker and robes. Free parking was also available.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly welcoming and provide excellent customer service. The rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the basic amenities you would expect, including a clean shared bathroom. The breakfast provided is delicious and gives you the perfect start to your day. One aspect that could be improved is the WiFi, as it was problematic during my stay. However, this minor issue was easily overlooked, especially since it gave me the opportunity to go out and enjoy the breathtaking coastal walks in the evenings.

I had a wonderful experience at the Portreath Arms in Portreath. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. the room I stayed in was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities I needed. It was quiet, bright, and very comfortable. I highly recommend trying the Ramen and the baked butternut squash - they were both divine. the breakfast was also of a good standard and served hot. the owners and staff have put a lot of effort into creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The location was central and easy to find, and breakfast was available early, which was perfect for my plans. I highly recommend this hotel.

A surprisingly good couple of nights in a tucked away location in the off season. From the welcome as I walked in the door to the excellent mocha I had before leaving, it is hard to find fault with this hidden gem. The food here was excellent, especially the baked butternut squash. The room was warm and cosy, and the breakfast was varied and served piping hot. Then, it is literally a stones throw to the beach, a surfers paradise. The owners have put a lot of effort into the decoration and staff, and it shows. I'll definitely recommend this place!
