had a fantastic stay at premier inn, staff were welcoming and helpful. room was clean and the breakfast was lovely. will definitely stay again if we come to a show in the future!

restaurant understaffed

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two children. The breakfast was tasty and served fresh. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs, close to the A90 for easy access to the city.

The rooms accommodated all four of us perfectly, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful. The accommodation itself was top-notch, with excellent Premier Inn standards. The free wi-fi, convenient car park, and comfortable non-smoking rooms were cherries on top of a fantastic stay. Can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn. the layout of the rooms perfectly accommodated all four of us. the reception staff went above and beyond, they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel's location was ideal for our needs, making it easy for us to get where we needed to be. the room was clean, comfortable, and provided a lovely view from the window. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a pub/restaurant connected to the hotel, where we had delicious meals. the breakfast included in our room package was especially great, with fresh and tasty options.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food at the hotel was delicious.- The location was convenient, as it provided easy access to the beach promenade, Pittodrie football stadium, and other attractions in and around the city.

The replacement room had a strange smell, which was attributed to carpet glue. Although the staff attempted to address this issue, it was not completely resolved.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at reception and during breakfast were friendly and provided excellent service.- The hotel was conveniently located near a popular event venue, making it easy to attend.

The wait staff mishandled our vegetarian request and served a dish with bacon despite their assurance it could be made without. our main course plates were cleared and then we were ignored for an hour, only to be told that the kitchen was closed and no dessert or coffee was available.
