The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring, especially with my elderly parents. The hotel is conveniently located along a main road, making it easy to access the city center or travel to nearby villages. There is a Toby Carvery next door for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have recently been upgraded, with one of the best bathrooms I've seen in months. The hotel also offers a large free parking area.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and free car parking were a plus. Having USB points by the bed was convenient. The small breakfast room was a bit disappointing as they ran out of food, but overall, it was a decent place to stay. The hotel was clean, of a good size, and had good facilities. The bed was comfortable, and despite some minor issues with tea bags and milk, we had a pleasant sleep. It would have been better if WiFi was included instead of having to pay for it. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient HDMI wall socket connection in the room for hooking up our devices to the TV. The USB sockets on either side of the bed were also a great feature for charging our mobile devices. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our family of four got one of the biggest rooms in the hotel and it was fantastic. The hotel's location on a main road made it easy to get to the city centre or explore the surrounding villages. The free parking was a big plus. Being situated next to a Toby Carvery meant we could enjoy a full English breakfast or have lunch/dinner without going far. we had a great experience with good quality service at a decent price.
