Thankfully, the helpful staff at Premier Inn stepped in and not only provided last-minute catering for everyone, but also gave us a function room free of charge. They truly went above and beyond to save the day. The food was delicious, and we couldn't have asked for more. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this great hotel again. I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, with a 24hr Tescos right next to it, which was really helpful. It's also just a quick walk to the town center and the surrounding areas. The rooms were excellent, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The pub located next to the hotel served delicious and reasonably priced food.

There were some noise issues during the stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Aldershot and had a wonderful experience. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the shower was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre and right next door to a Tesco, making it easy to access anything I needed. For fitness enthusiasts, there are plenty of outdoor running routes nearby, as well as a beautiful canal route for a relaxing walk. my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn in Aldershot. The hotel's location is perfect, with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The attached Brewers Fayre restaurant offered a reasonably priced menu with delicious food options. The breakfast was excellent value for money and provided a wide choice of tasty options. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and room size, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The quiet location was an added bonus, especially with our little one. The beer garden and children's play area made our stay even more enjoyable. we couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us, especially when it came to accommodating my disability. Although there wasn't a walk-in shower available, they promptly arranged a ground floor room near the reception for easy access. the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were well-equipped with amenities like a huge TV and blackout curtains. We also enjoyed the delicious and reasonably priced food at the pub located nearby. we highly recommend Premier Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
