From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was enjoyable. the receptionist was incredibly helpful, even though we arrived early, she checked if our rooms were available and provided us with all the information we needed. the restaurant staff were equally amazing, providing excellent service and delicious meals. the location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in a great spot for exploring the bars and canalside culture. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great value for money with comfortable beds and bedding. The hotel's location was ideal, offering a canal view and close proximity to the Mailbox for dining. The staff went above and beyond, especially considering the ongoing building work, providing excellent service and even helping with luggage.

The breakfast could be improved by having an electric fan in the room or air-conditioning, as it tended to get warm. Additionally, having extra electric sockets near the beds would be convenient.

Great value for money with a comfy room and clean bathroom. Perfect location near restaurants, bars, and the Barclaycard Arena. The staff, especially Joyce at Breakfast and the girl at the bar, were friendly and welcoming.
