Great location and friendly staff

I recently stayed at Premier Inn in Birmingham and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the heart of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this Premier Inn, as well as their other locations. The hotel also has a quiet zone, perfect for families who need a peaceful night's sleep. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great value for money with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and polite staff, and convenient on-site parking. The location was perfect, just a quick 5-minute walk to the concert venue and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The bed was firm and the duvet felt like a cloud. we had a lovely time thanks to everyone at the hotel.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by ensuring that the plates for the savory food are warm, even though the food itself was initially hot.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn! the staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially when we arrived in the rain. Our room was comfortable and homely, with a lovely cup of tea waiting for us. the breakfast in the morning was brilliant, with friendly team members serving us. the location was perfect, close to the NIA and local bars and restaurants, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful night. the parking was also a great deal, only £5 for 24 hours.

The value for money was great at Premier Inn, with a comfy bed, spacious double room, and clean shower/bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Barclaycard arena and the Bullring. The staff were extra helpful, even finding us a parking spot and helping with our bags.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre Broad Street. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the concert arena along the canal. The staff were friendly and attentive, and our room was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast had a great selection and the restaurant had lovely views of the canal. I highly recommend this hotel for a night in Birmingham.
