I stayed at Premier Inn - New Street for a weekend getaway. The location is perfect, right next to the train station and in the heart of the city. Despite being central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was great too. The staff, from check-in to breakfast, were amazing. Joyce and Derek were particularly friendly and welcoming. a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay.

The location of this budget hotel is perfect - right next to New Street Station, making it extremely convenient for travellers. It's also within walking distance of the market and a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore and indulge in local cuisine. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with amenities like TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and even allowing guests to store their bags after check-out.

One minor drawback is that the bathroom facilities may need some updating, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

A great place to stay for female solo travelers

As a female solo traveler, I was initially concerned about the area, but I had no problems whatsoever. The hotel is located in a well-lit and bustling part of the city, with plenty of people around at all times. The rooms were clean and quiet, offering me a peaceful stay in the center of the city. Plus, being just a couple of minutes away from the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and catching my flight. I highly recommend this hotel for fellow female solo travelers.

Had a great Xmas stay with friendly staff who went out of their way to make the experience memorable. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options.

The menu options could have been better and more varied. Wish the prices were more reasonable given the limited selection.

premier inn birmingham city centre - new street never disappoints! convenient location for nec, and with grand central open, catching a train to nec is a breeze. great choice of hotel or city centre restaurants. friendly staff, especially susie and joyce. can't wait to visit again next year!
