Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and always had a smile on their faces, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful night's sleep.

Lack of in-room refrigerator and mini-bar, unpleasant smell around the bar and entrance to eating area. It would have been convenient to have a mini-fridge in the room to keep our food and drinks cold.

I recently stayed at a well-located and clean hotel in the city center. The staff were extremely friendly and the service impeccable. The breakfast provided was delicious and the rooms were comfortable and tidy. The hotel was conveniently situated near popular attractions like the castle and Millennium Stadium, making it ideal for sightseeing or attending events. I was also pleased to find that the hotel was within walking distance of the Motorpoint arena, where I was attending a concert. The location couldn't have been better.

The only drawback was a broken lift, causing delays for guests on the higher floors.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing additional coffee and ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was unreliable, even after paying for an upgrade.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in the heart of the city, just off Queen St the staff at Premier Inn were friendly and the room they provided was lovely. Check-in was quick and easy, and the automated machine made it even more convenient. the room itself was spotless, with all the amenities we expected and a comfortable, cozy bed. the temperature in the room was perfect, something I rarely find in hotels. the noise level was also impressively low, providing us with the quietest night I've ever had in a hotel. the breakfast buffet was tasty and had a wide variety of options, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. it was an excellent experience.
