Great location, just off the A20 and easily accessible. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with a king-sized bed and an excellent shower. The bed linen was crisp and clean, which was a welcome sight after a long journey. The food at the Beefeater restaurant was delicious, especially the steak. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was cooked to order, rather than a buffet style.

Service at the Beefeater restaurant was slow and the staff seemed to lack training in customer service. After our main course, the staff disappeared and didn't offer us dessert or coffee.

While there is no on-site restaurant, the adjacent Beefeater owned by the same company offered a decent dining option. the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient, always willing to help. the highlight of my stay was the comfortable and spacious room, complete with a king-sized bed and excellent shower. I also enjoyed the variety of wine at the restaurant. it was a convenient and comfortable stay, especially for those taking an early morning ferry.

The rooms were cosy and warm, with good beds including extra beds. The reception staff were helpful and ensured a good night's sleep. The location offered easy access to the port and was a short drive to the white cliffs and Dover Castle. The Beefeaters restaurant next door provided great dining and fantastic staff.
