The room was clean and spacious, with modern interior and comfortable furnishings. the bed was really comfy, and I had a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was perfect, just meters away from the coast and seafront promenade. It offered breathtaking views and was within walking distance of top attractions like Dover Castle.

The hotel staff didn't communicate properly between the reception and the restaurant. I had to personally sort out the issue of paying for breakfast, even though it was included in my room rate.

The hotel location was ideal for our weekend plans, as it was close to the ferry and walking distance to local shops and attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful with arranging transportation to our next destination. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fan to combat the warm weather.

There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it uncomfortable during the heatwave. We also noticed some issues with the amenities, such as the absence of washcloths and tissue paper.
