Despite some minor inconveniences, we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The upgraded premium Wi-Fi was not as reliable as expected, requiring frequent re-connections. We raised this issue with the staff during check-out, who promised a refund that has not yet appeared in our account. Nevertheless, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. There are blackout curtains for a restful sleep, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. the hotel is close to the Kingsway, providing easy access to various facilities.

The nearby restaurant next door to the hotel may not be appealing to some guests, as it has been described as rundown and dirty by previous visitors.

The beds were beyond comfy, giving us a mind-blowing night's sleep. The staff were super helpful and resolved any issues right away. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, with plenty of eating options nearby. The room was spotless and the location was perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment. Plus, the free wi-fi in the rooms was a bonus! Can't recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn. the staff were polite and helpful, providing us with directions to our destinations. the hotel's location on a retail park was convenient, with various dining options and entertainment nearby. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we especially enjoyed the excellent water pressure in the shower. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn for one night while attending a function. The spacious room and comfy beds ensured a great night's sleep. The staff, especially the girl at reception and the front of house girls at the restaurant, were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The location was convenient, with KFC, McDonald's, and a cinema nearby. The rooms were clean with new furniture and showers. a fantastic stay.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.
