This hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay in Edinburgh. the location was ideal. While it was slightly outside the city center, there were regular bus services running just a few minutes away, making it easy and affordable to reach Princes Street in about 20-30 minutes. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Portobello beach was a pleasant surprise, as it was only a 5-minute drive away.

The only small issue we encountered was the temperature control in our room. The heat settings seemed to fluctuate, making the room rather cold at times.

For my New Year's stay, the hotel was conveniently located near many tourist attractions and was equipped with ample parking spaces. the staff was also quite helpful in providing us with information about the local sightseeing places, saving us from spending long hours at the tourist information center. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, helping us relax after long days of exploring.

The hotel's restaurant service and food quality were subpar. the restaurant staff was not polite and the quality of the food was not up to the standards.

The staff's attitude was absolutely amazing, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was mind-blowing! The customer service delivered there was beyond amazing. They even made a dish for me that wasn't on the menu. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone in a heartbeat.
