I recently stayed at Premier Inn near Gatwick Airport and it was fantastic value for money. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I had a late night request for my children. The location was ideal, just a short journey from the airport and rail station.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more diverse options available.

The location is very convenient, as it is very near the North terminal and just a 5-minute walk away. We found the breakfast to be good and there is a shuttle available to take you to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-designed and clean. The staff was helpful and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Complimentary tea and coffee were available in the room and more could be obtained from reception.

There were some noise disturbances from builders and workmen outside our room and in the room above.

Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food and a fantastic wine deal - buy two glasses, get the rest of the bottle free. We slept soundly thanks to the good bedding and quiet room. I would recommend this hotel despite limited lighting and towels.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of Gatwick airport's north terminal. This made it extremely convenient for us as we were flying out the next morning. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed and free WiFi in the rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. The breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a great variety, including vegetarian sausages and real coffee. The staff at the restaurant and bar were polite and provided excellent service.

Additionally, there were no outlets in the bathroom, no phone charger facility, and only instant coffee was available. Some of the staff had difficulty understanding English, and there was a charge for the bus to the hotel. It was also challenging to get change when I had just arrived in England. Despite these drawbacks, the bed was the saving grace of my stay.

The hotel’s location was also beneficial as it was only a five-minute walk away from the airport, which was convenient for us as we had an early flight to catch. Lastly, we both enjoyed the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the room, making us feel at home away from home.

There were a few things that could be improved. The notice in the bathroom regarding the fire alarm was a little concerning, and it did cause some stress during our time at the hotel.
