Easy access to the North Terminal, comfortable and clean rooms. We appreciated the quick and hassle-free computerised check-in, as well as the acoustic design that kept out any aircraft noise. The only downside was the slow lifts. Overall I recommend this hotel.

We loved how close this hotel was to the airport - just a short walk away. It was so convenient for our early morning flight. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the hotel facilities were excellent, including a bar, restaurant, and Costa coffee. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant, especially the loaded nachos with chilli. The airport shuttle was efficient, and there was also parking available. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay near the airport.

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful after our long flight from Miami. The location was perfect as it was just a 2-minute walk from the airport. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room had great amenities including tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning, and a bath. The hotel also had a restaurant and a Costa inside, which was convenient.

Great stay for the price! The hotel is so close to the airport and only across the road from the terminal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable with a nice view. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

We had a great romantic escape with excellent complementary facts that made our stay even more enjoyable. the key location was perfect as it was only a short walk to the airport, allowing us to easily reach our flights without any stress. We especially enjoyed the delicious food served in the restaurant and the cozy atmosphere created by the decor.

One of them was the check-in process which was not smooth and took longer than expected. there was some noise in the hallway that disturbed our sleep.

Premier Inn was a great value for the money, with comfortable and clean rooms. The location was super convenient, just across from the terminal. The staff, especially Evie at reception, were really helpful and even printed my sudoku puzzles for me.

The breakfast items could have been better.

The location of this hotel was brilliant, just a couple of minutes' walk to the departures area. Our family room was perfect for a one-night stay, with enough space for all our belongings. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't comment on the breakfast, as we left early, but everything else was exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

It's perfect for those who want to avoid waiting for buses or taxis, and for those who have an early flight. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have all the necessary amenities for a restful night. Additionally, the breakfast is good and will fill you up before your flight.

Conveniently located next to the North Terminal with ample shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious and clean rooms, suitable for families. Pleasant and helpful staff who provided an iron upon request. Decent food, albeit with slightly slow service at times. Scrambled eggs were a standout dish.

Premier Inn at Gatwick Airport - North Terminal was excellent value for money, with a great dinner and breakfast deal. The location was convenient, just steps away from the airport entrance and monorail stop. The staff, especially our waitress Alexandra, were fantastic and attentive. The bed was incredibly comfortable, although we had to leave it early for our flight.
