Great value for money. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the 24h Costa. Easy access via the hotel hoppa bus. Even though Terminal 4 was closed, we had no trouble getting to the hotel. a great stay.

The room at Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 was incredibly comfortable. The king-size Hypnos bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, the selection of pillows was a dream, and the power shower was a refreshing way to start the day. As a business traveler, these details made me feel relaxed and well-rested for my meetings.

I personally found the Freeview TV a bit limited in terms of channel selection.

I stayed at Premier Inn for one night before my early flight to Australia. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well set-up. The location was convenient, despite Terminal 4 being closed, as there were alternative transportation options available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom that even had a bathtub. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was superb, and the restaurant staff were excellent. it was the perfect place to relax and prepare for my long flight home.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! the location is incredibly convenient - right at the airport, which was great for our early morning flight. Secondly, the service was outstanding, from the cleaner to the manager. We felt well taken care of and appreciated the friendly staff. Finally, the room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed from an ironing board to an electric kettle to a flat-screen TV. We were also pleased with the carpeted floor - it added to the overall comfort of our stay.

My recent stay at Premier Inn was excellent. The rooms were immaculate, with comfortable beds and a newly renovated shower. We were able to book a spacious family room at an amazing price, and the convenience of having my grandparents staying right next door was a bonus. The front desk clerk was incredibly helpful, providing us with transportation options to the airport. Getting to and from Heathrow was a breeze, thanks to the easy access to transportation. There was a lovely coffee shop in the lobby where we could relax while waiting for our taxi. I couldn't have asked for more from an airport hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

The Wi-Fi, which was worse than my previous stay. Premier Inn should work on improving that aspect.

Connecting to Terminal 5 was easy, as we took a public bus from outside the hotel, saving time and effort. it was a pleasant and convenient stay, and we will definitely return when passing through London.

As backpackers, we loved the close proximity to the airport and the reasonable pricing. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The view of the runway was a bonus for our plane enthusiast son. We also appreciated the 24-hour Costa, the bar, and the convenience of the cash machine and vending machine with essentials like a hairbrush. it was a great value for money and we would definitely stay here again.
