Lack of phone in room not welcomed, relied on partner's phone. Easy check-in, accommodating staff, excellent room for disabled. All about the hotel was good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and very friendly. They provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast facilities at the linked restaurant were great, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was very convenient for us as it was close to the main shopping centre and within walking distance to shops. Additionally, the hotel was located next to a pub, which was a nice feature.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn in Bexleyheath for a couple of nights. The breakfast was abundant and the staff serving breakfast were exceptionally pleasant and cheerful. Despite a small hiccup with our breakfast reservations, a helpful restaurant employee quickly resolved the issue for us. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The atmosphere was quiet and tidy, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to the town center for shopping, nightlife, and dining out.
