The hotel is conveniently located near two main metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to a bus line that runs to the Tottenham Court area, providing an alternative to the tube. the hotel is very close to a few big train stations, allowing for convenient travel options.

The lobby had a hostel-like appearance, lacking the expected hotel atmosphere.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal for those using rail stations, as it is conveniently close to Euston and St Pancras. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and amenities such as air conditioning and large TVs. The breakfast options are fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh food to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provides disabled facilities, catering to a range of guests' needs.

Everything was perfect.

Located in a great area, easy to get to all the top tourist spots. the breakfast offered everything I could ask for, both hot and cold options. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.

the fan in the room couldn't be turned off and was quite noisy, which was a bit annoying during the night. the stay was passable but with some discomforts.

We loved the convenient location near Kings Cross Station, making it easy to access mainline stations, tubes, and buses. It was particularly ideal for visiting the British Library. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered at the restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring our stay was enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, with a short walk to both Euston and Kings Cross tube and train stations. The staff were extremely warm and helpful, making our stay even more memorable. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was commendable, and the beds were very comfortable. We also appreciated the extra pillows provided in the room. this hotel ticked all the boxes in terms of location, transportation, cleanliness, and the helpfulness of the staff.

During my stay at Premier Inn, I was amazed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to cater to my needs, allowing me to leave my bags early and even securing a room for me before the check-in time. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy double bed, sofa, and a well-sized bathroom. I appreciated the thoughtful addition of a kettle, tea bags, and coffee in the room. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep without any noise disturbances. One highlight of my stay was the incredible value of the full English breakfast, which I highly recommend. I cannot beat the exceptional experience I had at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
