Staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable with a great bed and linen. Surprisingly quiet despite being close to the main road.

The external grounds maintenance was unimpressive, looked like it was done by a private contractor.

We had a great stay at Premier Inn near Gatwick airport. the location was perfect, with beautiful English cottages surrounding the hotel. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. the on-site pub was a convenient place to grab a meal, and they served a good selection of food. the staff, especially Stef at reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the shuttle bus pick-up right in the car park made getting to the airport quick and easy. the grounds were peaceful and picturesque, with grassy fields, trees, and flowers.

We stayed at Premier Inn South and it was the perfect location for our needs. the parking was easy and well-lit, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. the staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help me return my mom's cash card. They put it in an envelope and sent it recorded delivery, without charging me. the place was clean and nice, and the onsite pub was a pleasant spot to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. a great experience and we would definitely stay again when traveling from Gatwick.

Arrived late at Gatwick and was greeted by a very friendly lady. Got a brilliant rate cheaper than our taxi fare back home. Love this hotel chain as the beds are the comfiest ever and ever so spotless. Not far from airport and shuttle back to airport at just £4. Nearby pub on site, short walk from hotel. Pick up for the bus to the airport terminal right outside the pub, very convenient.

I arrived at the hotel late and was stressed because I couldn't reach my family who were already inside. The receptionist was rude and threatened to kick me out if I made another mistake in dialing my wife's number. However, the location was great, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel.
