The hotel is conveniently located in the beautiful Greenwich area, close to the stunning Greenwich park and offering a peaceful retreat away from the bustling city center. With a quick 50-minute walk or a short bus ride, guests can easily reach the O2 Arena for concerts or events. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and provide a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some going the extra mile to resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service.

There were a few instances where the hotel fell short in terms of service, such as the poor evening service in the restaurant, with long delays and items not being available.

Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the DLR and some of the most interesting cultural spots in the city. The breakfast is tasty and offers a diverse selection of menu items, which was great for my big appetite. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, which is always a fantastic feeling while on holiday.

The lifts were not working during my stay, which made getting to and from my room a bit of a challenge. There were also a few items of food and drinks that seemed to run out frequently, which often resulted in waiting for them to be restocked.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The Premier Inn in Greenwich was perfect for our family. The location was great, with easy access to Gatwick via the New Cross Gate train station. Our kids loved taking the double-decker buses from the nearby Deptford Bridge to downtown. The hotel had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for transportation and attractions. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating all of us.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the location of the hotel. Situated between two DLR stations, it is conveniently placed for exploring the Greenwich attractions. Despite being in a quiet location, it is very close to transport connections, making it easy to reach Greenwich Park.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
