The staff, including a bubbly gentleman, are helpful and friendly, eager to assist us during our stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with good quality bedding and towels. the hotel offers a range of facilities, such as a bar with reasonably priced drinks. For those lucky enough, the higher floors offer spectacular views of Hammersmith and the London skyline.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from updating, as it appears a bit tired-looking in certain places.

The bathroom was too small and there was no bathtub, which was a big downside. the staff was rude and unhelpful, they didn't make any effort to solve our problems or answer our questions.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn and was impressed with its convenient location. As I had an event at the nearby Eventim, choosing this hotel was a no-brainer. The friendly staff greeted me upon arrival and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was comfortable enough for a one-night stay. The only minor issues I encountered were with the erratic elevator and some maintenance problems in the room. However, the hotel had put up signs addressing the noise issue, which showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. considering the reasonable price and standard amenities, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
