The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location, with its proximity to the underground, made it easy to reach downtown quickly. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety.

Fantastic staff, friendly and professional. Front desk staff Alex, Druhti, Dean, Roger were exceptional. Management and restaurant staff commendable. Polite, helpful, and always smiling. Anna, the restaurant manager, went above and beyond for us and our autistic son. Clean rooms at the right temperature. Excellent buffet breakfast. Close to tube station and bus stop.

The hotel had a restaurant with a menu that was oh-so-varied, comfy beds that I could drift off on, and a leisure center with bowling and movies. The rooms were colorful and had blackout curtains, perfect for my beauty sleep.

The location was perfect, with two tube lines close by and easy access to both the city center and Heathrow airport. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of tasty options. The room was also very quiet, despite being on a busy main road. Plus, the hotel had plenty of parking available.
