poor reception experience

the location was perfect for our family who live nearby and it was also conveniently close to central London. the staff at check-in were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Shunza at reception stood out with her helpfulness and friendliness, even remembering our names and assisting us in other areas of the hotel. the room itself was exactly as pictured on the website and we were impressed by its cleanliness and spaciousness. the comfortable bed, in-suite bathroom, and additional amenities like a kettle with coffee and tea made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a peaceful and noise-free sleep throughout our seven-night stay.

I stayed at a hotel with its own restaurant, ate like a queen on a cozy bed, and shopped till I dropped at Wembley Park. Kids ate free too. What more could a posh lady like me ask for?
