I recently stayed at Premier Inn in Richmond for a few days. The breakfast and evening menu were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Despite being on a main road, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with the train station and local shops nearby. The rooms were excellent, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel had its own parking facility, albeit for a fee. I was impressed with the cleanliness, calm atmosphere, and convenient amenities of this Premier Inn.

Great value for money, with delicious meals and an allergy-friendly menu. Conveniently located near attractions and a supermarket. And the best part? Comfy beds for the whole family!

The breakfast buffet, included in the room rate, was mind-blowing with a great variety and the option to request additional cooked items at no extra charge. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport, and much more affordable than the nearby airport hotels. a truly exceptional experience that exceeded all our expectations.

Our family room suited our needs perfectly and the bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the tube and bus. We enjoyed walking to the nearby station for breakfast and experiencing the lively atmosphere of Richmond by the waterfront. The hotel also had energy efficiencies in place, which was great to see. it was a pleasant and more than adequate stay at Premier Inn.

Walking distance to Kew Gardens. Friendly, though untrained staff. Warm greeting, clean rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Leafy outlook and quiet despite busy road below.

Excellent location for visiting Kew Gardens, just a short 10-minute walk away. The Lion Gate entrance is easily accessible, making it convenient for exploring the gardens. The hotel offers typical Premier Inn facilities and a good quality continental breakfast in the Thyme restaurant. a highly recommended stay for those planning London trips or needing Heathrow access!
