the room was clean and comfortable, and the location near Tower Bridge and a tube station was perfect for sightseeing. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with my son. I also appreciated the special surprise they arranged for my daughter's 21st birthday, with balloons and a bottle of Prosecco. It was a lovely gesture that made our stay even more memorable. we had a great experience and felt like part of the friendly Premier Inn family.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on Tower Bridge, with lively bars just steps away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel had great facilities, including parking that could be pre-booked. it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations.

The service in the restaurant was a bit disorganised, with tables not allocated to particular staff.
