The hotel is conveniently located just off Buckingham Palace road, making it a great base for exploring the city. It is also within walking distance of the Wicked theatre, perfect for those attending a show. Additionally, being right near Victoria coach station and close to Victoria rail station, it offers easy access to transport links. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions within walking distance. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and tea/coffee making facilities.

Great central location. Our room was on the fourth floor and was very comfortable with no noise problems. The bathroom was clean and modern. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, and the cleaners provided clean towels upon request. The hotel offered luggage storage for early arrivals, allowing us to start our day. There were several restaurants nearby, as well as a large grocery store with fresh fruit and a decent selection of wine. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in a convenient location.

After a tiring day exploring the city, I checked in at Premier Inn - Victoria and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. The staff, particularly Angela, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. When I mentioned that my original room wasn't quite right, she immediately arranged for me to be moved to a better one. Even when I needed a bath instead of a shower, she effortlessly accommodated my request. Throughout my stay, I felt that I could ask anything and the answer would always be a resounding yes. The breakfast was fantastic, and the bar staff were courteous and attentive. The little extra touches, like having the lady behind the bar carry my coffees to the table, truly made a difference. the friendly staff and fresh approach made Premier Inn - Victoria a class above the rest. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in London.

My Christmas stay was absolutely lovely. the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of hot and cold foods. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation and tourist attractions. One of the best aspects was the friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay even better.

There were a couple of small issues that could be improved. the furniture in the room was a bit outdated and could use some refreshing.
