As a business traveler, I appreciated the convenient location near the Metro centre and the onsite bar and restaurant. The food deals at the restaurant were great, especially the 2 meals for £8.99. The beds were always comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities like a hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Premier Inn Newcastle - Metro Centre. The location was fantastic, just a mile away from the Metro Centre, and the easy access to the motorway made exploring the area a breeze. Attached to a Brewers Fayre, it was convenient for both dinner and breakfast. The room itself was spacious and had a decent-sized smart TV. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the room being a bit too hot and the en-suite needing some repairs, overall I would recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly service.

We had a fantastic stay at this Premier Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The on-site Brewers Fayre offered delicious meals, and there was ample parking available. Although the room could have been cleaner, it did not detract from our overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near the Metro Centre for shopping and plenty of parking available. the receptionist was cheerful and helpful during check-in. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and helpful handles for disabled guests. the bed was comfy, and my mom and stepdad loved the lounger in their room.

The room temperature was an issue as we couldn't cool it down at night without being disturbed by the traffic noise outside. the restaurant's rude and offensive staff member soured our dining experience, leading us to seek other options at the Metro Centre instead.
